This 170,000-square-foot hospital and medical office facility was developed to expand healthcare access and emergency services in Livingston Parish.
The five-story steel-framed structure includes hospital, medical office, and Emergency Department functions designed to support both patient care and long-term healthcare operations within a growing region. Structural systems incorporated composite steel floor construction, steel braced frames, and drilled shaft foundations to support durability, efficient construction, and the operational demands of a multi-story healthcare environment.
Coordination between clinical spaces, emergency services, and medical office functions played an important role in maintaining functionality, circulation, and long-term adaptability throughout the facility.
The completed hospital provides a modern healthcare environment designed to support patient care, medical services, and continued community growth.
