Located within the University of Louisiana Lafayette Research Park, this 50,000-square-foot, two-story facility was developed to support CGI’s growing technology and data operations in the Acadiana region.
The project combined office and data center functions within a single steel-framed structure, requiring careful coordination to support technology infrastructure, operational reliability, and long-term flexibility. Structural systems were designed to accommodate the demands of modern workplace environments alongside mission-critical server and technology spaces.
Today, the facility serves as a major technology hub for CGI’s cybersecurity, cloud, software development, and IT consulting operations while supporting continued growth and workforce development in Lafayette.
