This project involved designing a custom quick-release spreader bar system for Premier Concrete Products in Denham Springs, developed to support the handling of offshore concrete mats weighing approximately 60,000 pounds.

The system required a structural design capable of safely supporting heavy lifting operations while improving handling efficiency in manufacturing and material movement. Coordination between lifting requirements, fabrication constraints, and operational use played a critical role in the development of the release mechanism and supporting frame system.

Designed for demanding industrial applications, the completed system provides a durable, reliable solution for the safe handling and release of large concrete products during production and transport.
