Epic piping fabrication facility
This project involved the construction of a new industrial reclamation facility in Port Allen designed to process and remediate refinery sludge and oil-bearing materials for Gulf Coast industrial operations.
The multi-building site included foundations for modular office, laboratory, break room, and guardhouse facilities, along with a warehouse structure, a thermal treatment equipment yard, truck scale systems, and a large below-grade concrete processing pit. Structural coordination was essential to support heavy industrial equipment, specialized processing infrastructure, utility integration, and long-term operational demands across the site.
The project also required coordination among environmental processing systems, transportation access, equipment foundations, and site infrastructure to support continuous industrial operations in a highly specialized facility.
The completed plant provides a durable industrial facility designed to support large-scale material processing, operational efficiency, and long-term industrial use.
