This 30,000-square-foot fitness and aquatics facility was developed to support recreation, athletics, and community programming for Livingston Parish.
The multi-use facility includes fitness and aerobics spaces, a full-size gymnasium, an indoor heated competition pool with elevated spectator areas, locker rooms, concessions, and dedicated family and children’s activity spaces. The project also incorporated an outdoor water park featuring water slides, a lazy river, and interactive play areas designed to support high-volume public use and year-round community activity.
The variety of athletic, aquatic, and public gathering spaces required extensive coordination between structural systems, long-span open areas, pool environments, and site amenities to support durability, safety, and long-term operational performance.
The completed facility provides a modern recreational environment designed to support wellness, community engagement, and daily public use.
