M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field Expansion at ULL

This project involved the major renovation and expansion of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette’s baseball stadium, transforming the facility into a modern multi-level venue designed to support collegiate athletics, fan experience, and game-day operations.

The renovated four-story stadium incorporates steel-braced and moment-frame systems to support expanded seating areas, premium suites, club spaces, press facilities, concourses, and upgraded spectator amenities. Structural coordination was essential throughout the phased renovation process, particularly during the integration of new construction into the existing stadium environment while maintaining ongoing athletic operations.

The project also included improvements to circulation, concessions, covered seating areas, and support infrastructure designed to enhance long-term functionality and event performance within a high-occupancy sports venue.

The completed stadium provides a modern baseball facility designed to support athletics, community engagement, and the continued growth of the university’s program.
