  • Lead Site Civil Engineering Project Manager

    Fox-Nesbit Engineering is seeking a Site/Civil Engineering Project Manager to support the continued growth of our site and land development team. This full-time position is available in our Baton Rouge, New Orleans, or Lafayette offices.


    This role will lead the design and coordination of commercial site development projects from early planning through construction completion. Responsibilities include managing project teams, producing high-quality construction documents, coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants, and maintaining project schedules and client communication throughout the life of the project.


    The ideal candidate is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer with 6–8+ years of progressive experience in site and land development engineering, including project management responsibilities.


    Experience should include:


    • Site planning and land development design
    • Grading and earthwork modeling
    • Storm drainage and detention systems
    • Water, sewer, and utility infrastructure
    • Hydrologic and hydraulic analysis
    • Pavement design and permitting coordination
    • Interpretation of local development ordinances

    Candidates should also have experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis software, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Lead Structural Engineering Project Manager

    Fox-Nesbit Engineering is seeking a Structural Engineering Project Manager to support the continued growth of our structural engineering team. This full-time position is available in our Baton Rouge, New Orleans, or Lafayette offices.


    This role will lead the structural design and coordination of a wide range of building projects while managing project schedules, client communication, and internal design teams. Responsibilities include overseeing the production of construction documents, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting projects from design through construction.


    The ideal candidate is a licensed Professional Engineer with at least 8 years of progressive structural engineering experience, including a minimum of 5 years focused on building system design.


    Candidates should have:


    • Experience designing with concrete, steel, masonry, and wood systems
    • Strong understanding of building structural systems and construction coordination
    • Experience managing project teams and client relationships
    • Proficiency with Revit or comparable BIM software
    • Ability to oversee multiple projects while maintaining quality and schedule expectations
