This project involved a major renovation of LWCC’s eight-story office building in Baton Rouge, completed as part of a broader campus transformation focused on connectivity, accessibility, and modern workplace functionality.
Structural modifications included creating large floor openings and custom steel stair systems to support a more open, connected interior environment. The project also required significant coordination between the existing structure, new exterior canopies, retaining walls, pedestrian pathways, and redesigned site access improvements.
The completed renovation modernized both the building and the surrounding campus, creating a more functional and connected environment for employees and visitors while extending the long-term use of the existing facility.
