This 60,000-square-foot processing facility was developed for UniFirst Corporation to support large-scale industrial laundry and distribution operations in Baton Rouge.
The building utilizes tilt-up concrete wall construction with a steel joist roof system designed to support warehouse, processing, administrative, and service functions within a high-demand operational environment. The project also included specialized infrastructure components such as an internal wastewater treatment system, deep concrete trench systems, large interior catch basins, equipment pits, and multiple truck loading areas.
Coordination between structural systems, processing equipment requirements, utility infrastructure, and site operations played a critical role in supporting efficient construction and long-term facility performance.
The completed facility provides a durable industrial environment designed to support continuous processing operations, logistics, and operational growth.
