The building combines traditional office functions with flexible workspaces, collaborative meeting areas, and employee-focused amenities within a modern commercial environment. Structural coordination played an important role in supporting open office layouts, technology-integrated meeting spaces, rooftop amenities, and long-term adaptability as workplace needs continue to evolve.
Designed to strengthen connectivity between in-person, hybrid, and remote teams, the completed facility provides a modern workplace centered around collaboration, flexibility, and day-to-day functionality.
