LSU MEB AT OLOL
- BATON ROUGE, LA
LSU MEB AT OLOL
This 40,000-square-foot medical education facility was developed to support LSU’s healthcare training and academic programs within the Our Lady of the Lake medical campus in Baton Rouge.
The four-story steel-framed building was designed to accommodate instructional, collaboration, and medical education spaces within a modern healthcare-focused learning environment. Structural systems incorporated composite steel floor construction and augered cast-in-place pile foundations to support long-term durability, efficient construction, and integration within the active hospital campus.
Coordination between educational functions, healthcare infrastructure, and campus circulation played an important role in supporting both academic use and operational efficiency throughout the facility.
The completed center provides a modern environment designed to support medical education, collaboration, and future healthcare workforce development.
