This project involved the construction of a new River Parishes Community College campus in Gonzales, designed to support academic growth and long-term campus expansion.

The facility includes a two-story administrative building connected to one-story classroom wings totaling more than 80,000 square feet. Structural systems incorporated steel framing, drilled shafts, grade beams, and slab-on-grade construction to support durability, efficient campus circulation, and future flexibility across the site.

Coordination among academic spaces, administrative areas, and exterior building systems played an important role in maintaining construction efficiency and supporting the campus's phased development.

The completed facility provides a modern educational environment designed to support instruction, student services, and continued growth within the region.
