Epic Piping Fabrication Facility in Livingston, Louisiana

This 275,000-square-foot manufacturing facility was developed as the headquarters and primary fabrication operations center for Epic Piping in Livingston.

Designed to support large-scale industrial pipe fabrication under a single roof, the facility includes administrative offices, loading and logistics areas, a 50,000-square-foot paint shop, and a 150,000-square-foot fabrication shop. The project required structural systems capable of supporting heavy industrial operations, large open-span work areas, equipment coordination, and continuous production activity within a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Coordination between fabrication processes, material flow, loading operations, and building infrastructure played a critical role in supporting operational efficiency, production consistency, and long-term flexibility across the site.

The completed facility provides a high-capacity industrial environment designed to support advanced manufacturing operations, workforce coordination, and continued operational growth.
