This major renovation project restored and modernized the historic 120,000-square-foot Istrouma High School campus while adapting the facility to support current educational and career-focused programs.
The project included extensive upgrades to building infrastructure, classrooms, science labs, computer labs, library spaces, dining facilities, and athletic areas across the campus. Structural and site coordination played an important role in integrating new construction, renovated academic spaces, updated building systems, and exterior improvements within an active historic campus environment.
Balancing modernization with preservation required careful coordination between existing structures, new program requirements, and long-term campus functionality. The completed renovation provides a modern learning environment while preserving the historic character and community identity of the school.
