This project involved a 57,000-square-foot expansion to Schilling Distributors’ existing beverage warehouse facility in Lafayette, focused on increasing cold storage and distribution capacity.
The addition included new cold storage and freezer areas, along with integrated storage rack systems designed to support high-volume inventory management, palletized storage, and daily distribution operations. Structural coordination was essential to accommodate specialized refrigerated environments, material handling systems, and efficient warehouse circulation within an active industrial facility.
The project was designed to support continued operational growth while improving storage efficiency, logistics capacity, and long-term functionality for large-scale beverage distribution operations.
