The steel-framed structure utilized composite steel beams, concrete decking, architectural precast concrete, and curtain wall systems to support both durability and modern office functionality. Coordination between the structural frame and exterior building systems played a key role in maintaining construction efficiency and supporting the project’s architectural vision.
