This 278,000-square-foot logistics and distribution facility was developed to support large-scale sortation and freight operations in Port Allen.
The industrial facility incorporates tilt-up concrete construction, steel truss framing, extensive warehouse space, office areas, and specialized infrastructure designed to support modern logistics operations, including robotics, IT, and high-volume distribution systems. Structural coordination was essential to accommodate large open-span warehouse areas, loading dock operations, heavy paving demands, and integrated building systems across the 64-acre site.
Site development required significant earthwork and infrastructure improvements, including major rock excavation, drainage systems, utility coordination, and extensive paving to support long-term operational performance and heavy vehicle circulation.
The completed facility provides a durable, high-capacity industrial environment designed to support advanced logistics operations and future operational growth.
