On February 14, 2017, the new Spencer Calahan Downtown office building was featured in the Advocate.  Fox-Nesbit Engineering, LLC is the Structural Engineer of the impressive project.

The stunning new five story building will include two layers of parking, as well as 30,000 square feet of office space spread across three floors.  The extravagant design of this project also includes a helipad on the building roof, along with a 1,500 square foot covered terrace and outdoor kitchen/catering area overlooking Downtown Baton Rouge and the Mississippi River.  Construction of the building is set to begin in 2018.
